Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

Drop Off Package

Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of generating your label.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned pieces, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
